Samuel joined Hudson Gavin Martin in February 2015 having graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Economics.

Samuel is involved in a broad range of technology and intellectual property matters, including the protection, enforcement and exploitation of intellectual property rights, as well as associated commercial and corporate matters regarding trade mark law, copyright law, the Fair Trading Act and related legislation. His involvement also extends to consumer law matters, and commercial and corporate agreements and transactions.
