Here at Hudson Gavin Martin, we love helping start-ups. The New Zealand Software Association, which we're a sponsor of (a couple of us are also Board members), is holding its annual Angel at my Table competition.
If you're a start-up and interested in pitching your idea to investors and others in the start-up community, then check out the link at the bottom of this post. This year there's real money on the table, not just Monopoly money.
This event always sells out so register now.
The New Zealand Software Association (NZSA) is calling for entries for its annual Angel at my Table competition. Four finalists will be chosen to pitch to our Dragons’ Den-style panel of three experienced angel investors at the NZSA’s networking dinner in Auckland on the evening of Tuesday 9 August, and then haggle investment terms with our angels. Although our angels will not be investing on the night, they are looking for investments, and there will also be an audience of experienced tech entrepreneurs and investors, so who knows what other opportunities may open up. There’s a prize pool of $5,000 to be awarded.
